Ultrasonic Cleaning System / UCS 4600

  • Ultrasonic 4600 is electronically driven and has 112 PZT transducers generating ultrasound waves.
  • The waves vibrate the cleaning fluid at very high velocity, thereby creating a superior cavitation process.
  • The high-quality electrical components are developed and produced in Germany.
  • The conical transducers are made of high-quality alloyed V4A stainless steel.
  • Optimal sonication of the tank is achieved through the specific arrangement of the transducer elements which operate at a standard frequency of 25 kHz.
  • The system is powered by 4 ultrasonic generators.
