Injector fuel system on 4-stroke engines

The VPU-series is a series of  pneumatically driven injector fuel system, analogue fuel injector test rigs for conventional 4-stroke injectors.  The units test leakage, opening pressure and spray pattern.

The VPU 1500-2 for instance enables customers to verify the performance of injectors and thereby saves them the trouble of sending well-functioning fuel valves for service, as the test can easily and rapidly be conducted by an engineer.

More than an injector tester!

Since the injector fuel systems unit uses hydraulic oil under high pressure as test medium, the test also works as a cleaning process. Impurities in the fuel spray holes are often removed simply by performing a few spray tests.

Due to its pneumatically powered high pressure pump, the test unit can also be used as a fast automatic hydraulic power unit. With this unit there will be no more hydraulic jacks to be pumped up by hand. The process of operating hydraulic tools will be faster, easier and more accurate.
