The Chris-Marine range of working rigs has been developed for safe and efficient maintenance of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engine parts.

The  working rigs are safe and easy to use with a self-locking turning gear. They facilitate a multitude of maintenance operations such as dismantling and cleaning of exhaust valve cages and cylinder heads, as well as when operating a valve seat grinding machine.

Working rigs for safe operation

Chris-Marine’s working rig series is designed for all sizes and shapes of exhaust valve cages and cylinder covers. Their handling capacity range from 100 kg to as much as 4000 kg. Our working rigs are safe to use and facilitate a multitude of maintenance operations, particularly the dismantling and cleaning of exhaust valve cages and cylinder heads as well as when operating a valve seat grinding machine.

We offer a wide range of rigs and special adapters suit all 2-stroke valve cages as well as 4-stroke cylinder heads and fuel pumps.

Working rigs WR20 and WR40: for large jobs

WR 20 and WR 40 are working rigs for safe maintenance of 2-stroke engine parts. The working rigs are suitable onboard and in workshops. They are easy to adapt for mounting of exhaust valve, fuel pump and injector valve.

Two different configurations:

  • Handling capacity: from 2000 kg to 4000 kg
  • Turning capacity: 0-360˚ (depending on engine parts)
  • Adjustable length and height
