LEMAG DI-5: The Easy-to-Use Crankshaft Deflection Indicator
The LEMAG Electronic Crankshaft Deflection Indicator (DI-5) simplifies deflection checks, replacing the time-consuming and risky mechanical micrometer dial. Designed for regular use, it helps detect potential issues early, preventing costly engine repairs.
The DI-5 can easily be upgraded to the DI-5C (detailed below), eliminating the need to purchase a new device. The upgraded version includes a data interface for easy transfer to a computer. Additionally, the DI-5 can be paired with an ovality kit to measure cylinder liner ovality and monitor wear for diameters between 180 mm and 600 mm, with stroke lengths up to 870 mm.

The LEMAG DI-5C represents the latest advancement in crankshaft deflection measurement. With a built-in microprocessor, it allows users to print and download measurement results. The device features invar alloy extension bars for minimal heat expansion and a robust instrument case for easy storage.

Ovality Kit (Optional)
