The Chris-Marine shipping department assists in coordinating deliveries on behalf of our customers. Please note that we are not a freight company and do not transport goods ourselves.
Instead, we arrange shipments through our network of transport partners, including air, sea, and courier services. We act as an intermediary to facilitate the process.
Additionally, we can provide necessary shipping documentation, such as ATR and COO, upon request and at the customer’s expense.
If your question concerns returning goods, please contact your sales representative. We can however assist with customs clearance for your order.
